This system is called Urbanise Community which is available as both a web and mobile app. The system also has some powerful marketing and communication tools for strata managers, such as a maintenance ticketing system, SMS, Lobby screen system and a digital noticeboard.

Strata managers can communicate with their committees, owners and residents via our Digital Noticeboard, Lobby screen, SMS gateway and Events feature. Photos and albums can be created and shared in the Gallery. Documents can also be easily published to the portal with appropriate permissions set.

Committees and owners can share documents, comment on events and notices plus raise and track maintenance and service requests via our online Request System.
