Urbanise has updated their Mobile Workforce application for Android phones with the following enhancements
Access assigned jobs
Field agents can access jobs that are assigned directly to them, where they can check in and perform all job actions, without having to make an appointment.
Raising jobs
We have improved the design for raising jobs from the home-screen, making it faster and easier to raise new jobs while onsite
Improvements when working offline
Urbanise has improved the usability of the workforce application while offline, making it easy for agents in areas with poor internet connections.
Access to all appointments for Today and In progress, including jobs directly Assigned to the field agent
Access to assigned jobs from check in through to completion of the job
Limited ability to raise new jobs when there is no internet connection
