Strataware Update 20 October 2016

On Thursday October 20th 2016, Urbanise released an update for Strataware. This includes the following enhancements:

New Global Lot/Unit Contact Export

Export detailed or concise Lot/Unit contact data for the following contact types:

1. Lot/Unit Owners

2. Tenants

3. Letting Agents

4. Mortgagees

5. All Associated Contacts

This export also details the levy/service charge and correspondence delivery methods for each contact.
