As part of this weeks update we will be including a feature to help with the payment of Mystrata license fees. This includes the ability for you to access our invoices within Strataware.
How does it work? If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the building will show as grey in your building list. When clicked it will prompt you to download the outstanding invoice.
What if the invoice remains unpaid? Should an invoice remain unpaid for more than 90 days, the system will suspend access to that building until the invoice is paid.

What if I have paid but the system says I haven’t? The most likely cause of this would be if your payment is unable to be reconciled. When making payments it is critical that you include the plan or invoice number as a reference on the transaction. Do not use your company or the building name.
Should I do anything before the update? It is very important to ensure that you don’t have any buildings with Mystrata invoices older than 90 days. If you are unsure please request a statement of accounts by clicking the button below.
