Urbanise.com Limited (Urbanise) (ASX:UBN) announced today that it has entered into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with myfm Limited (myfm) – a leading UK based provider of experienced professional managers and support services in facilities, properties, sustainability, energy management and IT.
Under this agreement, myfm will support Urbanise client organisations across the UK and Europe with the transition to Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) compliance and ISO 50001 certification using Urbanise’s remote energy monitoring solutions. ESOS is new piece of EU legislation that requires member states to introduce a mandatory program of energy audits for ‘large enterprises’. This means more than 9000 companies in the UK alone will be required to comply – with initial audits to be undertaken by 5th December 2015.
myfm currently provide Professional Services to top 20 FM Service Provider customers including Carillion, MITIE, Serco, Interserve and Amey. It provides flexible energy services to support FM Energy Management Programmes, including the provision of white label Energy Managers, Energy Surveys, Energy Bureau Services and Measurement and Verification (M&V) Services. The Urbanise platform offers an automated M&V solution from which myfm are able to implement optimised monitoring and reporting services for Urbanise clients.
