We’ve created new Job Template TYPES to help define which jobs are reactive vs planned.
Other New Job Types
We’ve created a total of 6 new job types to aid in managing your jobs.
Those with SMS setup will now also receive SMS notifications for each reactive job assigned to them.

Introducing the Home Screen and Planned Tile to the Mobile Workforce Apps
We have updated the Force IOS and Android apps to bring the Home screen and Planned tile across, aligning with the web app, and the new Job Type functionality.
Please ensure that you update the Force IOS and Android Apps to the latest version in conjunction with this update.
This update also included various bug fixes and performance enhancements.
