Urbanise Strata Update (96)

I can hear you all now asking "didn't they just update Urbanise Strata?" - yes, we did. However we had a few more API's we wanted to get in production for various client implementations, so we pulled out the stops and did another quick release.


While this isn't a huge release, do keep reading as there are a few interesting things in it. :)

 

Public Strata API's

Yep, more. Our suite of API's has been expanded (again) to provide you with more integration options, see below a list of the new API's available as part of this release.

  • Retrieve a list of blacklisted suppliers for a plan

  • Retrieve a list of preferred suppliers for a plan

  • Retrieve a units levy ledger

 

Input VAT Report Enhancements

As the UAE's VAT requirements continue to evolve, so do our reports. In this release we added a new column for "place of supply" and removed accruals.


 

Attachments on Contracts

We continue to expand our drag'n'dop support for files throughout the system, this release sees the feature added to the "Contracts" register.

 

Bug Fixes

The below bugs were squashed by this release.

  • PHX-11726: ScheduledDisbursements lambda improvement

  • PHX-11721: Unit ledger data returned using the public API with a lotExtRef with invalid query values

  • PHX-11716: The API to find lot across CIDs has no maximum size parameter

  • PHX-11643: The API for updating invoices defaults the cost centre to zero where none is supplied

  • PHX-11615: Invoice 'PUT' request now supports all account codes

  • PHX-11609: The API sometimes incorrectly returning a 500 error

  • PHX-11477: Validation on aquiredType values are not case sensitive

  • PHX-11437: 'Select a Unit' pop-up doesn't load all of the existing Units of a Property

  • PHX-11432: When the NACK file is generated for ADCB, with slide discrepancy, it failed to upload to our server

  • PHX-11412: Report screen headers are broken and missing content

  • PHX-11213: Duplicate email check is no longer case sensitive

  • PHX-11105: Scheduled Disbursements records fail to load when cancelling the creation of a new record

  • PHX-10961: Reports > Plan & Lots - icon "icon-table-header-user" was fixed
