This release gives you a bit more flexibility with your suppliers, specifically the ability to find deleted suppliers and even un-delete them... there's some other stuff too... ;)

 

Deleted Suppliers

When viewing your supplier list there you can now toggle from "Active" suppliers to "Deleted" suppliers in the breadcrumb. This gives you access to all suppliers you've deleted - even if they were deleted from Strataware.


You can then click on a deleted supplier to see their details, and even move them back to your "Active" suppliers list.



 

MENA Region Tweaks

We've made some small tweaks to various parts of the system based on feedback from our MENA clients.

  • The "TRN" field is more clearly indicated on the Supplier address book and some redundant fields have been removed

  • Transaction references for "VAT" payments will now show as VAT instead of GST and wont reference the ATO

  • New fields are available on the "Unit Details" screen for agreed area, factor and unit status


 

Budgets

We heard you. You no longer need to toggle the GST/VAT checkbox on the budget screen to update the amount you budget for tax.


 

Public Strata API's

There's just one new API in this release... however I promise we'll deliver more soon.

  • Delete an Accounts Payable accrual entry

 

Bug Fixes

The below bugs were squashed by this release.

  • PHX-11779: The "Input VAT" report was enhanced to include Unit Journals and a bug was fixed in relation to Accounts Payable entries

  • PHX-11775: Committee Members are no longer removed when a "Letting Agent" is added to a lot

  • PHX-11716: The 'no maximum size parameter' resolved in public "lot" api

  • PHX-11661: Management fee auto-increase no longer affected by null entries

  • PHX-11656: Various reports no longer affected by null entries

  • PHX-11628: Removing the Mollak owner number for an owner associated contact is now persisted

  • PHX-11587: Refresh issue resolved on the Tenant screen

  • PHX-11559: When paying an invoice with payment method "Direct Debit" the correct status is now set

  • PHX-11438: Owner's no longer lose all its Lots he 'Has Interest In' when one of them is archived

  • PHX-11083: A small fix to entries in General Journals
