James Danaher serves as the Executive General Manager - FM at Urbanise, overseeing the day-to-day operations and setting the strategic direction for the Urbanise FM Business Unit.

Over his 20-year career in professional services, James has navigated diverse and asset-intensive industries, including utilities, transportation, entertainment, manufacturing, mining, facilities management, and natural resources.

With a proven track record, James excels in system implementation, stakeholder management, project management, support, pre-sales, and lead generation strategies. His expertise spans organizations across APAC, UK, Europe, and Africa, reflecting his commitment to delivering excellent customer service and successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

James holds a Bachelor of e-Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Queensland and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Expressing his enthusiasm for Urbanise, James shares, "I love working at Urbanise because the software is reliable and easy to use, and the team is fantastic!" Outside of work, he channels his creativity into playing the guitar and Alto sax, and he's an avid sports enthusiast.
